Mr. Vedant Agarwal, S/o Mr. Paritosh Agarwal 23 Years is a Graduate Engineer specialized in Bachelor of Science and Industrial Engineering from University of California, Berkeley, USA. In November 2022, The Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. Vedant Agarwal as Market Intelligence Analyst. Mr. Vedant started assisting Mr. Paritosh Agarwal – Managing Director in the Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Ltd. Operations. After an initial understanding of the Company’s Organisation setup, the manufacturing facilities and the crucial functions, Mr. Vedant Agarwal was associated with the Marketing Department with a view to gather inputs on the Markets and Product Intelligence vital to the Company’s future plans.

Mr. Vedant Agarwal has been also actively involved in meeting Company’s various clients in the Country and Abroad independently and also in exploring new markets and identifying potential clients.

The Board elevated Mr. Vedant Agarwal to the Chief Executive Position in November 2023. Mr. Vedant Agarwal has been active in directing the Company’s focus on ESG initiatives. To this end, Mr. Vedant Agarwal is associated with implementing Ethical Manufacturing Practices that prioritise sustainability and environmental stewardship and has worked on Waste Reduction practices and Regenagri initiatives. He visits the Production Units regularly to review the Production / Operating issues with the Unit Heads. He is also a Managing Committee Member of DMA. In the Light of this exposure Mr. Vedant Agarwal has matured to shoulder higher responsibilities.
